Some of Shanghai's office workers often go back to universities with
their cameras, taking photos together, just like all the recent graduates
during June and July.
Xiao Zhou has been working in a foreign company for two years, since he
graduated. At the beginning of June, he visited Shanghai's famous
universities with his friends. "I've traveled to almost every famous
university, including Fudan University, Jiaotong University and Shanghai
International Studies University," Xiaozhou said. After two years of
working, he has already lost his passion for work. The enormous amount of
pressure and fierce competition in the office often make him feel bored
with his work.
Xiaozhou and his friends said that going back to universities may remind
them of their enthusiasm for working when they first graduated.
Many office staffs have dinner in the small restaurants around Shanghai's
universities, reviving the low budget lifestyle, and bittersweet
nostalgia of their college days.
